Who Is Responsible for Your Data

What We Collect
Identification and contact data: name, telephone number, email address, and postal address.
Health data (sensitive): medical history, current conditions, medications, allergies, laboratory results, and treatment records — collected only where necessary to provide clinical care.
Payment data: billing details necessary to process transactions. Card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through our website.
Why We Process It
Necessary purposes: providing medical consultation and treatment; maintaining clinical records as required by law; scheduling and confirming appointments; billing and payment processing; and responding to your enquiries.

Sensitive Data

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, send a written request to healthycellsandbody.info@gmail.com including your name, a means of contacting you, proof of identity, a clear description of the data concerned, and what you are asking us to do. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.
Please note that clinical records must be retained for the minimum period required by Mexican health regulations, which may limit cancellation of some records.
