Cancelling or Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Notice may be given by telephone or WhatsApp at +52 984 188 8863, or by email at healthycellsandbody.info@gmail.com.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments missed without notice, may be charged in full or deducted from a session package. We apply this at our discretion and will always consider genuine emergencies.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we will treat you for the remainder of your scheduled time where clinically safe to do so. Where the remaining time is insufficient, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Refunds on Individual Treatments
Treatments already administered are not refundable. If a treatment was not administered — for example because our medical team determined it was clinically unsuitable for you — it will be refunded in full.
Refunds on Session Packages
Unused sessions from a package may be refunded on request. Sessions already used are charged at the standard single-session rate, and the difference between that total and the amount paid is refunded. Package discounts do not apply to partially used packages.
Expiry
Unused sessions expire twelve (12) months from purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Expired sessions are not refundable, though we will consider extensions in cases of documented medical necessity.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days. Processing times on your bank’s side may add to this.
Products
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, injectables, and personal-care items cannot be returned.
Consultations
Complimentary consultations carry no charge and no refund. Paid consultations are refundable if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
