Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of services, session packages, and products from Healthy Cells and Body Wellness Center & Spa. By using this site or booking with us, you accept these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. Treatment of minors requires the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Bookings and Appointments
Appointments may be requested online, by telephone, or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment where treatment would be clinically inappropriate.
Consultation Before Treatment
All treatment is subject to clinical assessment. Purchasing a service or session package online does not guarantee that the treatment will be administered; if our medical team determines a treatment is unsuitable for you, we will discuss alternatives or issue a refund for the unused portion.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Session packages must be paid in full unless a financing or payment-plan arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Session Packages
Session packages are issued to a named individual and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Unused sessions expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless a different period is stated at the time of sale.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, current conditions, and medications, and to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions. Withholding relevant medical information may make treatment unsafe and may affect our responsibility for resulting complications.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and protocol descriptions — is the property of Healthy Cells and Body Wellness Center & Spa or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Mexican law, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for negligence causing personal injury.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, unless consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
